DESCRIPTION:Dear Wonderful Humans\, we require your talents!!!!As part of this extravaganza gathering for our dear friend’s Diane bday\, we will revive the grand old tradition* of *Quixotes Cabaret Camp*\, and provide cabaret entertainment on the evening of Friday 24th. For those new to Quixotes\, the rules are but few:1. There is no theme: if you’re brave enough to stand on the stage\, we’re brave enough to put you on.2. No mime\, no juggling\, no interpretive dance**.3. If you can sing\, dance or do something obscene with a folding chair\, then we have a home for you. Some marvellous souls have already stepped up to the plate\, but this really is a case of the more the merrier.Historically\, we’ve hosted quiz shows\,impressionists\, singers\, dancers\, drag\, comedians\, poets\, acrobats\, strippers\, clowns\, mad scientists\, escape artists and mathematicians.And a chap who took all his clothes off\, folded them neatly into a carrier bag\, covered himself in baby oil and leapt into the audience clutching his manhood. DESCRIPTION:In this night of independent cinema we present two gems of 90’s fantasy/science fiction.Two films that surely will not leave anyone indifferent\, due to their texture\, their theme and the bizarre characters. In general\, they deal with themes that are still very current\, insofar as the director emphasizes a hierarchical society\, where the ruler has the people subjugated\, to prevent chaos and free will from arising\, which would lead to disobedience to authority and\, in addition\, explores how many people are incapable of dreaming and\, so they are sentenced to unimaginative\, unexciting and repetitive everyday lives. Get ready for a lot black humor! \n\nThe movies are in English with Spanish subtitles.Doors open at 19:30\, the first screening is at 20:00 and the second is at 22:00. (this gives you enough time to catch the last metro home). Free Popcorn!
